‘Trump Gaza’ AI video intended as political satire, says creator.

During the last week of February, an artificially generated video was released depicting the Gaza Strip as a kind of luxury paradise, not too far from what one might see on the streets of Dubai. Within the included clips, one showed Donald Trump, the President of the United States of America, intent on sipping cocktails next to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.

The timing of the video's release was not left to chance. The creator shared the video shortly after a controversial announcement by Trump. The president unveiled his own real estate development plan for Gaza, declaring that he wanted to “clean up” the population, of about 2 million people to create what he would consider the “Riviera of the Middle East.”

Faced with the AI video mentioned above, surprisingly, Trump decided to repost it on his own account, without writing anything within the post. The political satire intended by the original creator was clearly not understood.
