Google recently announced some new features for its android devices, including some exclusive to the “Pixel” line. More specifically, real-time location sharing in the Find My app for Android users with their selected contacts was announced, along with support for multicamera streaming and new text-to-image options in Pixel Studio for devices in the eponymous line.
Users will now be less likely to be scammed by malicious actors, as a new implementation within Google Messages involves the use of artificial intelligence to report scam communications. This new addition involves constant analysis of SMS, MMS, and RCS so as to unearth suspicious patterns.
This feature will initially be available in English only, and will be rolled out in the UK, US, and Canada - with the promise that other geographies will be added soon. It will be possible to disable this new implementation in the settings.
