Artificial intelligence seems to have taken over the world in just under two years. The great ‘revolution’ began with the release of ChatGPT in November 2022, making OpenAI and Sam Altman, its CEO, unprecedented celebrities within a few months. From that moment on, every company in the tech sector has been trying to build and publish its own artificial intelligence, its own model.
The impact that this technology has had on the world is unquestionable, this great innovation has been responsible for several mass layoffs, leaving professionals and non-professionals without employment, potentially without the possibility of supporting themselves. However, two years later, we are realising that perhaps AI is not as magical as it seems.
The quality of the content generated by this technology is rather poor, it has not yet reached human prestige and may never reach it. Its presence in everyday life is now taken for granted, but it has not yet been able to fully demonstrate these much vaunted miraculous performances.
