The Olympics ended just before the middle of August 2024, and their closure has shed light on other Olympic activities taking place during the Games. A short distance from the Paris Olympic Stadium, there is an area dedicated to a series of tests based on artificial intelligence, the aim of which is to identify possible future Olympic athletes - more precisely, champions worthy of gold medals.

The five tests consist of pnysical activities such as running, jumping and measuring grip strength; the data collected from these tests is then analysed to assess the power, explosiveness, endurance, reaction time, strength and agility of the individual who took part in the activity. The result is then compared with the data of current Olympic athletes.

The aim of this project is to use artificial intelligence to help participants identify the sport best suited to their physical characteristics so that they can make the most of it. Obviously, the outcome of the tests is only a suggestion; the words of an AI should not dictate the dreams of a budding athlete.
