Apple halts some Watch sales in the US.

The Christmas season always brings news, whether positive or negative. Less than a week before the fateful day, the US has issued an order banning the sale and import of certain specific watches belonging to the Apple company.

Recently, it was discovered that the latter had infringed the product's patent rights. More precisely, the function contested by the authorities relates to the measurement of blood oxygenation - the investigation arose from an accusation made by the medical companies Masimo and Cercacor, who claim that Apple stole the technology they developed to measure pulse oximetry.

In addition, Apple was accused of 'stealing' employees of the two companies mentioned, a method by which they may have obtained the precise algorithms used to measure blood saturation.
