Long ago, an elegant masterpiece generated by Midjourney, a well-known Artificial Intelligence service, had achieved fame by winning a Fine Arts competition. The victory was controversial at the time, and the work, titled "Théâtre D'opéra Spatial," garnered all kinds of attention, positive or negative.

It was said, at the time, that the Colorado State Fair judges did not notice that it had been artificially generated - although Jason M. Allen, the work's owner, specified this during the entry.

More than a year after the affair, the famous work is back in the spotlight, but for a different reason: its creator has no way of registering his Copyright in the image in question, as it was not created by a human hand.
