It is no news that Roblox, the famous children's video game platform, ends up in the spotlight when it comes to the protection of minors. Months after our article about it, the site seems to have stumbled into a serious lawsuit concerning some sort of child exploitation.

Rachelle Colvin and Danielle Sass, mothers of two children involved, recently filed a complaint against the company through federal court in San Francisco. The indictment alleges that Roblox "allowed third-party gambling websites, including the wildly popular online casinos operated by defendants Satozuki, Studs and RBLXWild... to use their platform to accept online wagers using Robux currency, to be placed on virtual casino games."

In essence, the process includes the actions of children, as they use their parents' finances to buy the game currency, and then go to one of the sites mentioned and be able to use the economic resources obtained. Game credits function like chips in a land-based casino.
