It's nothing new that the artificial intelligence environment has a tendency to take what it wants without asking for anyone's permission; we are, in fact, facing yet another, identical, situation.
In the middle of the last week of June, the two giants OpenAI and Microsoft were sued in a class action lawsuit, claiming $3 billion in damages for stealing without consent large amounts of private information from several Internet users in order to "train" ChatGPT.
The companies continue to illegally collect personal data of millions of unsuspecting consumers around the world, demonstrating what they are willing to do to continue developing their products.
