Over the past few years, several US restaurant chains have devoted their attention to the Artificial Intelligence environment, and especially to its potential application within the food industry.
Following a few attempts in the field, the reactions of the public (and the workers involved) have not been particularly positive. Several frustrated customers stated that the AI often got orders wrong, not to mention the consequence of its possible implementation: AI could take away hours or even entire jobs from fast-food workers.
Small additions of this technology will not radically change this reality, although efforts are being made to devote as many resources as possible to the development of any necessary services.
