Photography as Performance Art: Jeremy Cowart Creates a Totally New Kind of 10K NFT Collection

Renowned photographer Jeremy Cowart recently staged an innovative and spectacular performance of live photography and photo editing, in front of an audience of about 150 spectators, inside his studio.

The performance, called 'Auras', was preceded by a few moments of hesitation and concern, just before the show began. Originally, the 10,000 photos from the live photo shoot were supposed to be post-produced immediately via a specially developed application, but due to some hiccups, the editing process took about five minutes.

On 9 May, the photographs in question were made available for minting on OpenSea's platform. According to the viewers, the proof of the artistic merit of a project lies not in the method of distribution, but in the origin of its creation.
