Trouble continues for Logan Paul: “Rug Pull” class action lawsuit over CryptoZoo NFTs

Controversial influencer Logan Paul is once again in the spotlight: accused of carrying out a rug pull within his own CryptoZoo NFT project, he is now subject to a class action lawsuit.

Released in 2021, CryptoZoo was touted as an NFT-based play environment, promising to allow participants to buy, sell, and trade exotic animals on the blockchain.

Using his online fame, Logan Paul publicized the project to his audience, always remaining vague about how it worked in simple terms. This practice is referred to here as a "rug pull", as it managed to obtain funds from its audience, without however providing what was promised in return.
