The author has the following exclusive rights
- to claim authorship of the work and to object to any deformation, mutilation or other modification, and to any act to the detriment of the work itself, that might be detrimental to his honour or reputation
- the author or author of an anonymous or pseudonymous work always has the right to reveal himself and have his authorship acknowledged in court.
- to publish the work
- to economically use the work, in any form and manner, original and derivative
- to reproduce his work at will in any form and manner
- the right to transcribe the work in any form
- the right to translate the work into any language or dialect
- the right to reproduce the work in collections
Any use of the work without the written authorisation of its Author or Authoress is unauthorised and punishable by law.
